How can I pay for my order?
For orders within the Philippines, we accept GCash, Bank Deposit/Transfers and PayPal.
For International orders we accept PayPal and Bank Deposits/Transfers.
I opted for GCash or Bank Deposit but didn’t get the account information to fulfill the payment?
After you confirm your order, you will receive 2 emails:
1) An order confirmation email.
2) GCash and bank details email.
Are your prices inclusive of tax?
Yes only in the Philippines.
International orders are subject to the tax of your country. You will have to pay for that tax when you receive the package. We cannot give you the tax rate as it differs per country.
What size should I order?
You can find the size charts in the Sizing page.
Are the sizes of the brands you carry standard?
Each brand has a different sizing. An In The Crib small might be bigger than a Googoo & Gaga small, for example. Please check the Sizing Page to view the size charts per brand.
How do you ship your orders? Can I track delivery?
We use the courier Xend for all deliveries. Xend is affiliated with the Singapore Post for international deliveries.

How long does delivery take?
For orders within Metro Manila, delivery is 1-3 days.
For orders outside Metro Manila but within the Philippines, delivery is 2-4 days.
For International orders, it can take 3-18 days depending on the shipping rates you choose and the delivery service available for your country.
Can I have my purchase delivered to another address?
you can. Simply untick the and fill in the delivery address.

Oh no, I ordered the wrong size. Can I change it?
accept exchanges of size of unused items within 7 days from receipt of
purchase. All deliver charges will
be on your account – delivery of returned item back to us and delivery of
correct size to you. Please email us at email@example.com to coordinate the exchange.
